About Festa

A full-service conversation, not a slogan

People look for an event planning company when a celebration has more moving parts than one host wants to track alone. Festa's role is to organize those parts with you: the date, the guests, the place, the vendors, and the look of the room. The services are listed on the services page. They cover birthdays, corporate events, private parties, children's parties, baby showers, holidays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, and event styling.

Wedding planning is available. It is not the company's only work, and this page does not present Festa as a wedding studio.

How the company approaches an event

• Thoughtful planning. The first questions are about the occasion and the people in the room, not about a preset package.
• Clear communication. You should know who is deciding, what is still open, and what Festa is being asked to do.
• Attention to detail. Timing, guest flow, and vendor handoffs are written down when they are part of the agreed plan.
• Transparent expectations. A quote describes the scope. Tasks that are not in the agreement are not assumed.
• Personalized organization. Two parties with the same guest count can need different plans. The process allows for that.
• A Dallas-area focus. Festa serves the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex from a Dallas business address. That address is not a walk-in office or an event venue.

Festa does not publish a founding year, a staff count, personal biographies, awards, or a tally of completed events on this website. Those details are omitted because they are not being offered as public facts. Trust, on this site, comes from the process you can read and from a quote you can review.
