Direction for the room

Event Decoration & Styling in Dallas, TX

Festa helps clients in Dallas–Fort Worth shape how a celebration looks: the concept, the tables, the theme, and how the room is arranged. Design direction and the physical setup are different jobs. The quote should say which one you are hiring.

Concept, tables, and the room

Event decoration planning is for hosts who already know the occasion and want the room to support it. That might be a birthday table, a company reception, a shower, or a wedding reception. Styling can be hired with full event planning or discussed on its own when the schedule is already in hand.

Festa can propose a direction. Flowers, rentals, and installs are usually provided by specialists. Their products are not included just because a concept was discussed.

Design coordination and physical setup

  • Design coordination means choosing a palette, a table approach, and what should be edited out so the room stays coherent.
  • Physical setup means people and time on site to place rentals, linens, or decor. That labor is a separate line unless the quote includes it.
  • Venue rules decide what can be hung, taped, or moved. Festa does not override a venue.
  • A theme works only if it fits the guest count and the budget for rentals. A concept that cannot be executed is not a useful plan.

What's Included in Event Planning?

Styling work may include a consultation, a written direction, a list of what to rent or buy, and coordination with vendors you approve. It does not automatically include shopping, delivery, or strike at the end of the night.

What May Be Arranged Separately?

  • Florist invoices and rental-house orders.
  • Furniture, linen, china, and lighting.
  • Printed signs and custom builds.
  • Labor to install and remove decor.
  • The venue's damage or decor restrictions.

How Event Pricing Works

A styling quote depends on the size of the room, how many tables, whether the look is simple or requires rentals, and whether Festa is only directing or also coordinating installers. Decor purchases are the vendor's price, not a planning fee.

Bring inspiration if you have it, and also say what you dislike. Both make the scope smaller and clearer.

Styling questions

Can styling be added to another Festa service?

Yes. Birthday, corporate, shower, holiday, and wedding plans can include a styling section. It should still be named in the quote so it is not assumed.

Do you sell decor?

This website does not describe Festa as a rental shop or a florist. Decor is coordinated through the vendors or purchases the quote identifies.

Can you match a venue that is already booked?

That is a common request. Share photos of the room and the venue's decor rules before a direction is proposed.

What if I only need a table concept?

Say so. A limited styling consultation is a narrower scope than a full-room install.

Describe the room and the occasion.

Festa will separate the design direction from the items that have to be rented or built.
