Corporate Event Planning in Dallas, TX

Festa plans company celebrations, appreciation events, team gatherings, and business meetings in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. Scheduling, rooms, vendors, and the run of show can be coordinated. The scope is whatever your company approves in writing.

Who this is for

A corporate event planner in Dallas is a fit when an office needs a party, a client breakfast, a staff appreciation lunch, or a meeting that has to start on time. Festa does not publish a client list, and this page does not imply that any particular company has hired Festa.

Large exhibitions and trade-show production are not described here as a standard service. If your gathering is a conference or training, say that in the inquiry so the scope can be discussed honestly.

Scheduling, venues, vendors, and logistics

  • Scheduling. A timeline that respects work hours, shifts, and the time people can actually arrive.
  • Venue coordination. Comparing rooms, asking about capacity and loading rules, and tracking the hold. The venue contract is usually between your company and the venue.
  • Vendors. Catering, rentals, and simple audiovisual needs can be researched for approval when that task is in the quote.
  • Guest logistics. A check-in approach, dietary notes, and a clear end time so the room does not run past the reservation.
  • Internal approvals. Festa can organize the information your manager or finance contact needs to see. Festa cannot approve a company budget for you.

What's Included in Event Planning?

Corporate planning may include a briefing, a proposed agenda, vendor options, and coordination of the items your company selects. Event-day coverage is included only if the agreement says Festa will be there.

Nothing on this page is a standing package for every company event.

What May Be Arranged Separately?

  • Room rental and the venue's food-and-beverage minimum.
  • Catering, coffee service, and bar packages.
  • AV equipment, staging, and a technician.
  • Printed name badges, gifts, and branded items.
  • Transportation, security, and insurance the venue requires.

How Event Pricing Works

A corporate quote reflects the format, the headcount, the cities involved, the number of vendors to coordinate, and whether planning includes the event day. A breakfast for a small team and an evening reception are not priced as the same assignment.

Share the purpose of the gathering, the date or date range, the estimated attendance, the office location, and who will approve the plan. If procurement needs a written description, ask for that when you inquire. Festa still does not list public rates.

What to decide before the first meeting

Know whether the event is internal, for clients, or both. Know the budget owner. If the goal is recognition rather than a presentation, say that, because the room layout changes.

Holiday company parties overlap with holiday planning. A social gathering that is not a company function belongs on the private party page.

Corporate planning questions

Can Festa work with our office as the venue?

Often, yes. Building rules, loading access, and after-hours security still have to be checked. Those rules come from your workplace, not from Festa.

Will you sign our vendor paperwork?

Any contract is separate from this website. Do not assume an inquiry form creates a vendor agreement. Paperwork is discussed only after both sides agree there is work to document.

Can a small business hire Festa for a modest gathering?

Yes. Say the headcount and the budget range you have in mind. Festa will tell you whether the requested scope fits that range.

Do you plan virtual or hybrid conferences?

This website describes in-person gatherings in Dallas–Fort Worth. A virtual production is not offered as a standard service here.

Describe the gathering, not a slogan.

The purpose, the headcount, and the date are enough to start. Festa will say what else is needed for a quote.
