Holiday Party Planning in Dallas, TX

Festa plans holiday gatherings in Dallas–Fort Worth, including Christmas parties, New Year's Eve celebrations, Halloween parties, and company holiday events. The season changes the calendar. It does not change the need for a clear scope.

Christmas, New Year's Eve, Halloween, and office holidays

A holiday party planner is often hired because the date is fixed by the calendar and the guest list mixes families, friends, or coworkers. Festa can help with a Christmas dinner, a New Year's gathering, a Halloween party, or an office party that has to respect a work schedule.

Seasonal decor is discussed as a direction. A tree, a sparkler moment, or a Halloween setup is not installed unless that production is part of the quote. Company holiday parties can also be scoped through corporate event planning when the host is a business.

What changes in a holiday plan

  • Dates are less flexible, so venue and caterer availability is an early question.
  • Guest lists often include plus-ones and children. The count should say so.
  • Dress codes, gift exchanges, and speeches need a time on the schedule if you want them.
  • Weather matters for outdoor New Year's or Halloween plans in North Texas.
  • Staff appreciation parties need an end time that works the next morning.

What's Included in Event Planning?

Holiday planning may include a consultation, a timeline, decor direction, and vendor coordination. Fireworks, large installs, and entertainment are separate unless the agreement lists them. Festa will not promise a specific vendor is free on December 31.

What May Be Arranged Separately?

  • Venue or restaurant buyout.
  • Holiday catering and bar service.
  • Decor rentals, trees, and lighting.
  • Entertainment or a DJ.
  • Gifts, favors, and photo setups.

How Event Pricing Works

Holiday quotes reflect the date's demand, the guest count, the city, and how much styling or vendor research you want. A Halloween house party and a December client reception are priced from those facts. There is no flat holiday-party rate on this website.

If your date is in November or December, contact Festa as soon as the guest count is roughly known. A later inquiry can still be discussed. Some vendors will already be reserved.

Holiday party questions

Can you plan both a family Christmas party and an office party?

Yes, as two different events with two scopes. Combining them is also possible if you want one guest list and one location. Say which version you mean.

Do you provide the decorations?

Festa can direct the look and coordinate orders. The decor itself is usually supplied by a rental house, a florist, or the host. The quote should say who is buying what.

Is Halloween planning more than a costume note?

It can be. Lighting, food, and the flow of a party still matter. A neighborhood display is not the same assignment as a hosted party, so describe the event you want.

What if New Year's Eve is already booked around town?

Festa will tell you what is realistic for the date. Changing the guest count, the neighborhood, or the format is sometimes the practical path. That is a planning conversation, not a guarantee of a specific room.

Name the holiday and the guest count.

Festa will talk through timing, the room, and which parts of the party you want planned.
