Terms and Conditions
These terms cover use of the Festa website. They are not an event contract. A celebration is booked only through a separate agreement, if you and Festa make one.
The website and the business
This website is published by Festa, 18208 Preston Rd Ste D9 #339, Dallas, TX 75252, telephone +1 (214) 783-7310. The service area described on the site is the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The street address is not offered as a walk-in office or an event venue.
Website terms are not an event contract
Reading these pages, calling Festa, or sending an inquiry does not hire Festa and does not reserve a date. Event services, including what is included, what is scheduled, and what happens if plans change, are set only in a separate agreement between you and Festa. These website terms do not state deposits, cancellation fees, refunds, or booking conditions, because those items are not published here.
Inquiries
The contact form asks for information so Festa can respond. If email delivery is not configured, the form will reject the submission and will not claim that a message was sent. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not send sensitive information you would not want in an email.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site. That includes attempting to break the form, probing the server, scraping the site in a way that degrades it, or sending unlawful, misleading, or abusive inquiries. Festa may ignore an inquiry that looks automated or unrelated to an event.
Content on the site
The text of this website is provided for information about Festa's services. You may not copy it for another business's website. Photographs are licensed representative images of celebrations unless a caption says otherwise. They are not a record of Festa projects, and they are not a license for you to reuse the image files.
No professional guarantee on the page
Service pages describe how planning can work. They are not a promise that a vendor, a venue, a date, or a particular result is available. Estimates depend on the event you describe. The site does not publish prices.
Liability
The website is provided as a source of information. To the extent the law allows, Festa is not liable for decisions you make solely from reading these pages, or for interruptions in hosting. This limit does not apply where the law does not allow it, and it does not replace any duty that a later service agreement creates.
Other websites
If a future page links to a venue or vendor, that site has its own terms. Festa does not control those sites. This version of the website does not add social-media accounts.
Changes and contact
Festa may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Questions about the website can be directed to the phone number and mailing address above. Questions about a specific event belong in the agreement for that event, once one exists.
These terms are written for visitors in the United States and refer to a business in Texas. They do not choose a court or an arbitration program.
