People looking for event planning services in Dallas usually need two answers: what kind of celebration can be organized, and what the planner will actually do. Festa works with clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The planning starts with your date, guest count, location, and the parts of the event you want help with.

There is no fixed public package. A party of 20 at home and a company gathering of 200 do not use the same scope. After a consultation, Festa prepares a proposed plan and a quote that lists the work being offered. Sending an inquiry does not reserve the date.

What's Included in Event Planning?

These are possible responsibilities, not a promise that every item is in every quote:

  • A first conversation about the event, the guests, and the priorities.
  • A discussion of budget, timing, and the decisions that have to be made first.
  • A proposed plan and timeline for the scope you want.
  • Research of vendor or venue options for you to approve, when that research is part of the quote.
  • Coordination of the arrangements that are written into the agreed scope.
  • Event-day support only when the agreement includes it.

What May Be Arranged Separately?

These are often contracted on their own. Festa can sometimes help coordinate them if the quote says so.

  • Venue rental, deposits, and the venue's own rules.
  • Catering, bar service, and cake.
  • Entertainment, photography, and rentals.
  • Printed invitations, favors, and specialty decor production.
  • Permits, insurance, and staffing a venue requires.

Availability and pricing depend on the date and the vendors. They are not included just because planning was requested.

How Event Pricing Works

Festa does not publish fixed rates or named packages. An estimate depends on the type of event, the number of guests, the complexity, the location in the Metroplex, how soon the date is, and which tasks you want Festa to handle.

A useful estimate usually needs the event type, a target date, a guest count, the city or venue if you have one, and a sense of what the budget must cover. If you do not know the budget yet, say so. The quote will describe the planning scope. It will not pretend that third-party costs are included unless they are listed.

Questions about cost are answered in more detail on the FAQ. The step-by-step path is on Our Process.

How a service inquiry begins

Call +1 (214) 783-7310 or use the contact form. Have the occasion, the approximate guest count, and the city in mind. If the venue is not chosen, that is a normal place to start. Festa will say what information is still needed before a quote can be prepared.

Ask for a plan that matches this event.

Tell Festa the occasion and what you want handled. You will get a conversation about scope, not a generic package.
